July 2026

Dear Fisherfolk,

We've been busy this summer! Our van has racked up the miles as we've traveled across this beautiful country. We've stopped in Texas, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and New York and we're about to head back to Pennsylvania on July 19th for the Bryn Mawr Twilight Concert Series. On the 21st of July, we'll be in New Paltz, NY at Mohonk Mountain House. We come home for a bit and then drive to Ontario, Canada to play the Blue Skies Music Festival August 1st and 2nd. It's a good thing we like driving because at the end of August, we'll drive to Georgia for a show at Eddie's Attic in Decatur on 8/27. Just a hop, skip and a jump from Decatur is Randy Wood Guitars in Bloomingdale, GA where we'll be on 8/28. Then we head to Johnson City, TN for a show at The Down Home on 8/29. On 9/24, the Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville, AR will host a special concert celebrating 50 years of Trout! We'll let you know when tickets are available for that event.

It feels good to be working and traveling this much. Our new album, One Of These Days, is out on CD and vinyl You can get at at our live shows or online. We'll be playing songs from One Of These Days as well as a bunch of other songs from our 50-year partnership. It's crazy to imagine that we've been doing this for so long. It sure doesn't feel like it. OK, sometimes it does!

We've always been an independent band. All of our records have been released on our own label. We're a long way from superstars; most people know us by word of mouth. Folks come to hear us and then tell their friends about us. "What kind of music do they play?" That's a great conversation starter with your friends who haven't heard of us. If you come up with an easily marketable description, please let us know! If we're not traveling to your neighborhood this summer but you know someone who lives near where we'll be, let them know. We hope to see you this summer.

Troutfully yours,

Keith and Ezra
