Dear e-Fisherfolk: The leaves have dropped. The trees are sticks once again. The grass has quit asking for attention. The limestone bluffs that have supported the green hills of Arkansas are showing their old cracked faces through the woods. The bald eagle has returned to the valleys and geese fly overhead. The junkos are out in the yard and the locals say that means cold weather is coming. Of course all you have to do is get up in the morning and look out the window at the frost on the ground to tell that it's getting cold. We were in Massachusetts when we saw our first snow this year. We did a show at Merrimack College in North Andover, MA and we were given one of the nicest notes backstage. We asked for permission to share it with you. Here it is.
Dear Keith and Ezra, We get letters like this from time to time in the mail or through the Internet. They are not always about child genius but funny stories that make our day. Thanks Kathy for sharing this one with us. Troutfully yours, Keith and Ezra P.S. We have good news for you!
