Summer is in full swing. Temperatures are climbing. We hope you are all having a fine summer. Some of us are getting a lot of rain. Some are getting even more than that! Others are still getting little or none. We need to figure out a way to share the wet. Don’t ya’ think?
Hey Denver, Colorado! We’ve been getting a bunch of emails for awhile asking when we’d be back in your area. Well, July 12th, we’ll be returning to Swallow Hill. We’re guessing you haven’t been paying attention because the folks at Swallow Hill tell us they need to sell a few more tickets. So Coloradens (?), you need a little incentive, do you? Well here it is! Come out to the Swallow Hill show and, along with hearing a great concert, you will receive a FREE Trout Fishing in America CD. We have an overstock on a couple of our titles and you will get an age appropriate one all to yourself. Bring your friends, especially if they’ve never heard us. Now back to Coloradens. Can that be right? Or is it Coloraders? Or Coloradians? Coloradists? Colorfornians? Coloradites? Whoever you are, come on out! (We will be in several other places in CO, check out our Tour Schedule).
In our travels, we get to experience many fine and wonderful things. Restaurants, in particular, grab our attention. Sometimes we find restaurants and other points of interest we’d like to share with you. Recently, Trout played the Tall Stacks Levitt Pavilion in Bethlehem, PA. Bethlehem is known for Muzikfest, Godfrey Daniels, Bethlehem Steel, and is close to Nazareth, PA the home of Martin Guitars. But who thinks of Yianni’s Taverna at 3700 Old Bethlehem Pike? If you’ve ever been there, you know that they serve top shelf Greek cuisine. If you haven’t been there, it’s worth checking out. Yianni’s Taverna didn’t give us anything to say this. They didn’t have to. It’s that good!
We are now going to the yard to conduct our scientific Mentos and Diet Coke experiment. They didn’t give us anything to do this research. And here we are risking our lives, all in the name of pseudo-science!
